The U.S. Attorney’s Office says a Mahopac man is charged in an interstate scheme to lure minors into producing sexually explicit material.

Brian Fullerton, 46, was arrested Friday and appeared in federal court in White Plains.

Fullerton allegedly directed several female minors to record and perform sexual acts, while requiring secrecy upon learning the victim’s underage status.

Investigators say the allegations against Fullerton date back to Sept. 2022.

Any individuals who may have encountered Fullerton are asked to call the FBI.
