An upstate judge has dropped all criminal charges against former Gov. Andrew Cuomo.
The Oswego County district attorney said there was "not a sufficient legal basis" to bring charges against Cuomo after a woman accused him of running his fingers across her chest at a 2017 public event.
The DA said the decision was based solely on a legal assessment and that he found the accuser to be reliable and reasonable.
This is the latest prosecutor dismissing a criminal case over sexual harassment allegations against Cuomo.
