Colin Krom, of Marlborough, is facing criminal possession and criminal sales charges of a controlled substance following an investigation by the Ulster Regional Gang Enforcement Narcotics Team.
The investigation, initiated in September, targeted cocaine and crack sales in Marlborough.
Krom is currently awaiting a court date.
