Two injured in ceiling collapse at Montrose VA hospital

Two people were injured Thursday after a plaster ceiling collapsed in a hallway at the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System in Montrose. A spokesperson for the VA, John Mazzulla, says the two injured people
