A former Orange County police officer must resign after admitting to intimidating and threatening a driver.
News 12 is told Tuxedo Police Sgt. Anthony D'Elia illegally took a memory card from a driver, who was recording him during a traffic stop.
As part of a plea deal, D’Elia will no longer be able to work in law enforcement in the state.
Prosecutors agreed to drop probation since he is moving out of New York.
