A golf club in Briarcliff Manor owned by Donald Trump is seeking a 90 percent slash in its property taxes from the Town of Ossining.
The Trump National Golf Club includes an 18-hole golf course and 71 condominiums on its sprawling 140 acres.
Trump's organization is arguing that the property is worth just $1.4 million.
County Legislator Cathy Borgia says the property was valued at $35 million in 2001, and Trump's organization currently pays taxes on $13.5 million in property value.
