Tonight. A picturesque, wow, gorgeous view over the Hudson Valley with that sunset. But enjoy it while it last because tomorrow's gonna look pretty different with clouds and showers blocking that view Addison. Yeah, bring us the bad news attitude. Well, guys, it's gonna be a little bit of some split news right there because the good news is that the weekend is just around the corner. But the bad news, yes, we do have showers coming our way, but thankfully, it will not be a washout. Now for Friday we watch that rain shower activity come on in for the afternoon hour should be wrapping it up about 9 to 10 o'clock or so. We will be mainly dry for your day on Saturday. Another system passes us to the north, but a third system will come our way, bringing us some light rain going in throughout much of the day on Sunday, just on and off showers coming through. But breaking it down for you hour by hour through your day on Friday in White points, you can see 23 o'clock relatively dry then towards the evening commute time frame and into the dinner time hour. That's when the showers will be coming on in just on and off batches of light rain coming on down. But tomorrow is also the beginning of December. So let's go ahead and break down the monthly changes. We'll be seeing, we're gonna be going from an average high of 47 on the first to about 39 degrees. So getting a little bit colder, but the sun slowly, we're trying to set a little bit later in the day. And that is because we're going to be going in towards the winter solstice. Winter officially begins Thursday, December 21st in the evening hours. And then after that, we're going past the shortest time of the year. Well, shortest daylight time, I should say. Now thinking of December, you typically think of cold snowy conditions. That may not be quite the case. The temperature outlook for December shows us trending on the mild side more times than not. We're not talking sixties and seventies, but at least we're talking above average temperatures and you can see a large chunk of the country. We'll also be seeing a similar trend. Now heading out across the southern plains, we see showers out there. That is a system that's gonna be heading up in towards our vicinity. So towards Friday morning, we can see relatively fair skies Bruce. You're starting at around 38 Milltown, 41 around 915 clouds sticking on up towards lunchtime. Here comes the light rain coming down our way about 2 to 3 o'clock in the afternoon, widespread scattered showers between four to seven o'clock or so, wrapping on up between about 8 to 10 o'clock. And then once that system's out of here, the next one comes our way, sky showers will be around for your day on Sunday and unfortunately, through the evening hours as well, but going in towards Monday, the shower activity will start to fade very early on the day. So it just be partly cloudy and breezy high of 47. We'll be getting a little bit colder though for Tuesday and Wednesday and I think only topping out in the upper thirties for Hanukkah first night on Thurs.

Truck slams into Rockland County dry cleaners

And a truck slammed into a rock and county business this morning. Take a look at this damage here at Roberts Cleaners on nine W in West have araw, a worker says the incident happened around eight o'clock this morning. No one inside was hurt. We are here waiting to hear more about the driver of that truck. We are told though the business is now closed as they are trying to figure out what to do next. Hoping to possibly open tomorrow. We have reached out to police for more information.
