Parkway, snarling traffic for hours this
morning.
Police say the truck crashed around 6:30 a.m. at
East Lincoln Avenue in Pelham.
The northbound lanes were closed for most of the
early morning commute.
Crews eventually moved the vehicle over to the
shoulder and traffic was back to normal around 9 a,m.
There is no word yet if the driver is facing any
charges.
