Treehouse Cannabis, a Rockland-based dispensary that was first in the county to legally sell marijuana, is opening a storefront next month in Nyack.
So far, the business has made more than 1,000 deliveries throughout the county and parts of Westchester since they started online sales in late January.
Seth Marks, the owner of Treehouse Cannabis, was incarcerated years ago after selling marijuana at a young age.
“I'm really grateful for the opportunity that we have received,” he told News 12. “Everything has been great. This delivery business started off really strong and we're really looking forward to bring legal, safe, products to Rockland County."
The storefront will open on Route 59.
