Traffic was backed up on I-287 in Harrison for most of the afternoon after a tractor-trailer overturned Monday.
Police say the truck overturned on the eastbound side of the highway near Exit 10 at around 12:30 p.m.
The tractor-trailer has since been lifted back up.
