6h agoA tractor-trailer hit an overpass in New Rochelle on the Hutchinson River Parkway earlier this morning .
County police say the crash happened at Exit 9C and the Wilmot Road overpass.
They say the tractor-trailer was moved to the shoulder and slowed traffic for about an hour.
The scene was cleared by 6:45 a.m. and normal traffic patterns have resumed.
