Local officials and residents gathered on Saturday for the second annual A Touch-A-Truck fundraiser at Riverfront Park in Peekskill.

The fundraiser was in honor of Police Officer Gregory Jones, who died Nov. 2022.

All proceeds raised from the fundraiser will go towards the community-based favorite New Era Creative Space.

"Our goal is to inspire the next generation of visionary thinkers through the arts," said Ridvan Idara, executive director of New Era Creative Space

The organization provides learning experiences that empower young people to think critically, creatively, and collaboratively.
