Investigators say 81-year-old Eugene
Palmer murdered Tammy Palmer outside her Stony Point home in 2012.
He has been on the run ever since.
The FBI put Palmer on its "Ten Most
Wanted" list back in May 2018.
They are offering a $100,000 reward for
information that leads to an arrest.
