WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Few flurries on Friday evening with no accumulations expected. Windy and cold conditions prevail.
- This weekend will be even colder with blustery winds and more sunshine. Highs in the 30s and lows in the 20s.
- Another storm system will bring a chance of snow on Monday. The exact storm track will determine if it will be accumulating snow or just a few flurries. The northern edge of the storm is likely to impact the boroughs with the bulk of the heavy snow staying south. However, with any nudge to the north, more snow can move into the area. The best-case scenario is a coating to an inch of snow with the worst-case scenario being 1 to 3 inches. Stay with the News 12 Storm Watch Team for more updates over the weekend.
