Thousands of homes across the Hudson Valley were still without power Tuesday ahead of another nor'easter.
Residents in New Rochelle were among those frustrated with the utility companies.
Utility crews spent Tuesday trying to restore power to the nearly 2,000 New Rochelle residents who have been without electricity since Friday's noreaster.
Resident David Fitzgerald said it's frustrating that Con Edison didn't have sufficient line crews to deal with these kind of situations.
"Up until last night, I didn't see any Con Ed crews on the Sound Shore," said Fitzgerald.
New Rochelle Mayor Noam Bramson said he understands the rising tensions.
"How can you not be frustrated when so many people are still without power?" he asked.
