Thousands of Ulster County residents remain in the dark - five days after Friday's storm knocked out power lines.
Central Hudson and Gas says 2,100 customers are still without power.
That's down from the 54,000 customers who were without power at the height of the storm.
It's the largest response for any storm in the company's history.
The utility expects that 95% of service is expected to be restored by 10 p.m.
