Therapy dogs at Mount Saint Mary College relaxes stressed out students

Mount Saint Mary College continued its tradition of providing therapy dogs to calm students during finals week on Wednesday.
Research shows that watching, petting or talking to an animal can lower blood pressure and heart rate. This can also help lower cortisol, the stress hormone.
The college receives therapy dogs from Hudson Valley Paws for a Cause.
