Testimony came to an end in federal court in White Plains Friday in a Westchester nonprofit's lawsuit against Lyft.
As News 12 previously reported, Westchester Disabled On The Move filed a lawsuit against the ride share company over the lack of wheelchair accessible vehicles.
The nonprofits says the current policy is discriminatory.
Lyft says it has a long-standing commitment to maintaining an inclusive and welcoming community.
Both sides will now submit papers to the federal judge who heard the case without a jury and will eventually issue a ruling.
