(AP) - A tent pitched by the Libyan governmenton Donald Trump's suburban New York City estate has been put backup a day after it was taken down.
Bedford officials arrived at the home Thursday evening with astop-work order and a criminal summons after learning the tent wasup again.
A Libyan official says it's legal to put up the tent. He calledit a symbol of Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi. Officials first saidthat Gadhafi would arrive at the tent but later said he wasn'tcoming.
The tent was taken down Wednesday after officials said it wasn'tlegal. Trump spokespeople said Wednesday and Thursday that the realestate mogul didn't know Gadhafi had planned to stay there.
