Teens charged with arson after allegedly setting fire to Cortlandt home

Westchester County police have filed arson charges against two teens who allegedly set fire to one of their homes. On Wednesday, a fire heavily damaged the inside of 1094 Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt.

Westchester County police have filed arson charges against two teens who allegedly set fire to one of their homes. On Wednesday, a fire heavily damaged the inside of 1094 Oregon Road in the town of Cortlandt. The fire happened days after Thomas Feretti?s father and his father's common-law wife were arrested on drug charges at the same apartment. Feretti, 19, and 18-year-old Corey Salsman of Carmel have both been charged with arson. They are being held without bail at the Westchester County Jail and are due back in court July 14.No one was injured in the fire, but people living in two neighboring apartments are now homeless.
