A 19-year-old has been arrested for allegedly making a terroristic threat against a student at Our Lady of Lourdes High School in Poughkeepsie.
Jacob Leo was taken into custody Wednesday and charged with making a terroristic threat.
Police confirmed Leo is not a student at the school.
He was released under the supervision of Dutchess County probation.
