A teenager is now accused of fatally shooting a man in Poughkeepsie two weeks ago.

Police say 18-year-old Anthony Taylor was taken into custody in Maryland on Thursday.

The shooting happened on Main Street on October 3. Officers found 22-year-old Gabriel Mosca of Hyde Park with multiple gunshot wounds.

Mosca was taken to the hospital, where he died.

Taylor is charged with second-degree murder and will be extradited back to Dutchess County, according to police.
