Dylan Saldana was arrested following the incident.
The shooting occurred Tuesday around 8 a.m. near Liberty Street and Wickham Avenue.
Fortunately, no one was injured.
The investigation prompted a temporary shutdown of the area.
Residents reported hearing screaming before police arrived.
