Synagogue hosts its last Rosh Hashanah

A bittersweet celebration is being hosted by one Hudson Valley congregation.
Eitz Chaim is hosting its last Rosh Hashanah at its Monroe location after waning membership forced them to sell the space back to the town in April.
The synagogue opened in 2007. Only half of its membership remains.
The space will be absorbed by Monroe Town Hall, which currently occupies the bottom floor.
