The suspect accused of shoving a Bronx man off a subway platform and to his death was officially indicted Monday on murder charges.
The grand jury voted, and Kevin Darden is now charged with second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter after police say he pushed Wei Kuen Kwok in front of a D train.
It happened at East 167th Street and the Grand Concourse on Nov. 16.
Authorities say the 34-year-old has a long criminal history with 30 prior arrests. He is also a suspect in another subway push incident in Manhattan.
Darden will be back in court on Jan. 12.
