A suspect is now in custody following a police chase and crash that ended in Orangetown.

The incident began with a home burglary in New Jersey on Saturday, where police found a car with Pennsylvania plates fleeing the scene.

The police pursued the vehicle, which ended at the New Jersey-New York state line. The vehicle then entered Sparkill and crashed, according to the Orangetown Police Department.
