The tugboat that sunk after crashing into a barge at the Tappan Zee Bridge, killing three crew members, is expected to be raised on Thursday.
Coast Guard officials say the wreckage of the 84-foot tug named "The Specialist" will be lifted from over 40 feet of water by the largest salvage crane on the East Coast.
"The Chesapeake" is expected to arrive at the site late Tuesday or early Wednesday after a snowstorm caused some delays during its travel from Virginia.
Officials say once the wreckage has been raised, they will be able to recover the remains of crew member Harry Hernandez.
The remains of 63-year-old Paul Amon, of Bayville, New Jersey, and 29-year-old Timothy Conklin, of Westbury, Long Island, were pulled from the water shortly after the collision.
