If you want to slim down, you may want to consider going to bed a little earlier.
A new study says the later you go to bed, the more weight you can gain.
Researchers from the University of California, Berkeley and Columbia University have published a new study that found a link between bedtime and body mass index. BMI measures of a person's body fat. These results were applicable in both teenagers and adults.
The findings says fast food consumption, exercise, television watching and sleep duration factor into weight gain depending on bedtime.
