A student from Rye High School is facing charges in connection with a bomb threat that forced the school's evacuation earlier this month.
Rye police say Bryan Franco, 17, scribbled a threat on the wall in a boy's bathroom at the school on Parsons Street on March 9.
The teen is charged with falsely reporting an incident. He was released to his parents.
The bomb threat was one of several bogus bomb threats at the school this year.
