Measles outbreak increases in Orange County

The county’s health department confirms there are now six confirmed cases of the measles.

The measles outbreak that has been difficult to control in Rockland County continues to increase in Orange County.
The county’s health department confirms there are now six confirmed cases of the measles.
Three of those have been confirmed in children who attended school in the county.
Officials say those who are unvaccinated and under-vaccinated have been excluded from school.
The Health Department will be holding a measles vaccine clinic on Friday at the Health Department in Goshen.
Rockland County has 95 confirmed cases of measles and seven suspected cases.
