Saugerties police arrested a man on harassment charges.

Police were called to 67 Partition St. for a reported dispute.

They say 58-year-old Brian Evans hit a person.

It is not clear if Evans is related to the victim.

Evans was issued an appearance ticket and is expected back in court in late October.
