A quiet and near seasonably cold night on tap for the region. Following the clean-up efforts of Saturday night's snowstorm, be prepared for icy and slick spots overnight into Monday morning as temperatures fall well below freezing and anything that melted may refreeze.
Monday is a nice and easy day, colder than normal for this time of year, but plenty of sunshine and light winds. Be mindful of icy spots, but overall, a day where all you will need is your typical winter gear. Monday night is poised to be colder than the night before so still be mindful of any icy spots.
Tuesday starts off dry with more clouds increasing during the day. Temperatures will stay close to what they were on Monday and dropping a little colder than the night prior for Tuesday night. There is a southern system that will bring snow showers to the region into early Wednesday morning. There is a possibility for additional snow accumulations overnight into Wednesday morning.
Following this system, we have another one on Wednesday night into Thursday that is tracking more Northeast and will begin as snow for the region, then overnight into Thursday transition into rain.
Be prepared for disrupted and delayed travel for Thursday morning's commute. As of now, the storm system looks to clear out by early Thursday afternoon.
