Stony Point Police Chief Ed Finn has retired after nearly four decades in law enforcement.
His colleagues and the community extended their heartfelt wishes during a special walk-out ceremony in Rockland County on Wednesday.
Chief Finn's career began in March 1986 when he was hired as a Stony Point police officer.
During his 38-year career, Chief Finn held every position in the department, including patrol sergeant and detective sergeant.
