State police: Middletown woman arrested for identity theft

A police investigation revealed that 34-year-old Kelly Kopp used her ex-boyfriend's credit card and bank account to make unauthorized purchases.

New York State Police arrested a Middletown woman on grand larceny, petit larceny and identity theft charges.

A police investigation found that during April and May, 34-year-old Kelly Kopp used her ex-boyfriend's credit card and bank account to make unauthorized purchases totaling over $700.

Kopp is scheduled to appear back in the Town of Monroe Court on May 22.
