State police: Man found with cocaine and fentanyl during Ulster County traffic stop

Officers conducted a search of Teddy Pulliam's vehicle with the help of a K9 unit named Kell.

A traffic stop ended with a drug arrest Thursday night in Ulster County, according to state police.
Authorities say 57-year-old Teddy Pulliam, of Schenectady, was pulled over for multiple traffic violations on the New York State Thruway.
Officers conducted a search of his vehicle with the help of a K9 unit named Kell.
They recovered cocaine, fentanyl, drug paraphernalia and over $1,900 in cash inside his vehicle.
