A Yonkers bar is garnering more attention now that the State Liquor Authority has suspended its liquor license effective immediately.
Duo Tapas bar was the scene of a deadly shooting this past Sunday.
The State Liquor Authority has charged the bar with multiple violations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law, including operating a disorderly premises, becoming a focal point for police attention and failure to supervise.
During the suspension, the State Liquor Authority will prosecute these violations - the maximum penalty is revocation of the license.
