The coronavirus outbreak has caused state lawmakers to miss the budget deadline for the first time in a decade.
There was no deal in place by midnight.
Some of the key sticking points include the governor's demand that counties pay a portion of the state's Medicaid bill and bail reform measures.

It looks like there's general agreement that school aid will remain on or close to what it was last year.
