A foreign-exchange student accused of posting a terror threat online has been released from jail.
This morning, a judge banned Inigo Aldecoa-Tapia, 20, of Spain, from the campus of St. Thomas Aquinas College in Rockland after he posted a message on social media claiming there was going to be a massacre at the college.
After his arrest, investigators did a sweep of the entire campus, but found nothing.
The judge has adjourned the case, but Aldecoa-Tapia will be back in court on Oct. 20.
