St. Patrick's Day parade returns to White Plains following pandemic hiatus
Two years after the COVID-19 pandemic canceled the White Plains St. Patrick's Day parade, the community's Irish-Americans were once again able to celebrate their heritage along Mamaroneck Avenue.
