A Spring Valley man has pleaded guilty to two counts of manslaughter in two fatal shootings in Rockland County.
Jack Ramirez, 22, entered his plea last week in county court, according to the district attorney’s office.
The first shooting happened in January 2020, when Juvenson Paul, 28, of Spring Valley, was fatally shot before his car crashed into a building in Prospect Gardens.
The second occurred in May 2021, when Tyriiq Seward, 19, was shot while walking on Rose Avenue.
Officials says Ramirez will be sentenced later this year to 20 years in prison.
