A nor'easter dropped buckets of water across the borough.
The rain made for another messy commuting day, with large puddles flooding some streets. It combined with wind gusts of up to 40 mph.
Drivers were forced to take it slow on the slick, wet roads, and other commuters needed their rain boots and umbrellas.
Friday will be cool, but dry.
