Southampton man arrested after being found unclothed in a car with a 14-year-old

A 19-year-old man was arrested Saturday after he was found unclothed in a car with a 14-year-old girl in Southampton.
After doing extra patrols in Riverside, police say Victor Elizade was taken into custody at around 9 p.m.
Police say they initially approached a suspicious vehicle parked in the David Sarnoff Preserve and found two teens unclothed.
Elizade was taken to Hampton Bays police headquarters and charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
He was later released on a desk appearance ticket for court at a later date.
