22h agoPolice have confirmed the identity of the victim in Monday’s fatal shooting in New Rochelle.
They say 22-year-old David Smith, of Mount Vernon, was killed at the Heritage Homes townhouse complex on Brook Street shortly before 11 a.m.
The incident started as some kind of dispute between Smith and a group of suspects, police say.
New Rochelle police also confirm that three suspects have been arrested. Their identities have not yet been released.
Authorities have not yet said a motive for the shooting.
