Ramapo police: School bus strikes, seriously injures 6-year-old boy

A school bus struck and seriously injured a 6-year-old boy Tuesday morning in Monsey, Ramapo police said.

A school bus struck and seriously injured a 6-year-old boy Tuesday morning in Monsey, Ramapo police said.
It happened around 9:30 a.m. near West Maple Avenue and Carlton Road.
The boy suffered injuries that were not life-threatening.
The driver was issued a summons for driving with a suspended registration.
So far, no names of those involved have been released.
