A Rockland County man has pleaded guilty in connection to a lawnmower crash that killed his brother.
Raymond Mackey, of Sloatsburg, pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide and operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, according to the Rockland County District Attorney's Office.
Authorities say Mackey was driving a lawnmower on Route 17 last May when it was struck by an oncoming car.
