There was something brewing on the Hudson River this weekend – hundreds of witches swapped broomsticks for paddleboards at Sleepy Hollow’s sixth annual SUP Witches Paddleboard Festival.
The event combined humor, Halloween and women’s empowerment.
Led by “Professional Paddle Witch” Jessie Murray, the coven splashed toward the Tarrytown Lighthouse, celebrating strength, community and connection.
“We’re the ones whose grandmothers got burned — now we rise,” said Murray.
From seasoned boarders to first-timers, each witch rode the Hudson’s choppy waters with confidence — proving that magic happens when women paddle side by side.
