Should colleges and universities require students to get vaccinated against COVID-19?

School officials at Iona say as of now vaccines won't be mandated, but they'll keep up their rigorous testing, as well as PPE protocol.

Rutgers University in New Jersey has mandated that all returning fall students will be required to have a COVID-19 shot.
The move has raised questions on whether other colleges and universities will follow suit.
At Iona College, next semester will mark the return of in-person learning for the entire student body, as all students are being asked to come back to campus.
There is currently a mixture of learning options, but officials want to do away with that.

Pace University is encouraging all students to get vaccinated, but it is not a requirement so far. Schools officials say they want to get students back on campus as safely as possible.
