Hundreds of people were forced out into the cold Saturday after a bomb threat at a busy shopping center.
Shoppers at the Midway Shopping Center in Scarsdale were evacuated after someone called into the CVS just before 2 p.m. claiming there was a bomb in the store that would explode in 30 minutes.
As a precaution, the county bomb squad evacuated the center along Central Park Avenue and ordered the stores to close down.
In the end, the bomb squad determined that the threat was not credible.
Greenburgh police are trying to track down the person who called it in.
