Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.) staged a comeback Tuesday in the Democratic presidential race, telling supporters her campaign is now "going all the way."Clinton ended Sen. Barack Obama's (D-Ill.) winning streak by winning primaries in Ohio, Rhode Island and Texas. Sen. Obama won the Democratic primary in Vermont.Political pundits had maintained that Clinton would likely have to drop out of the race if she didn't win both Ohio and Texas. Former President Bill Clinton recently told supporters in Texas that he didn't think she would be the party's nominee if she lost either of the states.Sen. Clinton gained at least 115 delegates Tuesday and Obama picked up at least 88. Sen. Obama has an 86-delegate lead over Clinton and says he is still on his way to securing the nomination. A candidate needs 2,025 delegates to lock up the nomination.On the Republican side, Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) captured the GOP nomination after winning primaries in Ohio, Rhode Island, Texas and Vermont. Former Arkansas Governor Mike Huckabee said he is dropping out of the race now that Sen. McCain has secured the nomination.
