Fans who attended Wednesday night's Knicks game at Madison Square Garden said officials went the extra mile to make them feel safe.
"My mom warned me,” said Nick Celli. “She told me if anything happens to go to the nearest exit."
Security guards were positioned at all entrances like they would be for any event, but concerns were heightened due to Tuesday's terror attack, which killed eight people and left at least a dozen more injured.
"He was someone's next door neighbor,” said fan Ben Kreisberg. “So at the end of the day, we're never going to know. We have to put our trust in security and the police. I don't think that should deter us from doing what we love, because then they win."
